Stupid problems running Windows as "limited user"

Well, I tried to get rid of this bad habit of logging in as root in my windows machine and numerous annoyances came up.

here is Windows statement: "Some programs might not work properly for users with limited accounts. If so, change the user's account type to computer administrator, either temporarily or permanently." Could not believe this!
